E-commerce strategy & brand positioning
THE RIGHT PRODUCTS.
THE RIGHT RECIPE.
What belongs in your assortment? How should you position it? And what will make someone choose it? I connect marketplace research, merchandising, and brand storytelling to help businesses make those decisions with a clearer direction.

RESEARCH. RECOMMENDATIONS. RETAIL EXPERIENCE.
I turn marketplace research into product direction. For Perry Ellis’s TikTok Shop launch planning, I compared 83 listings across seven brands and recommended an assortment based on demand signals, brand fit, seasonality, and available inventory.
I started by turning my mom’s unused clothing into an online consignment business with repeat customers. I later founded Finer Things Accessories and sold through Etsy, building hands-on experience in product selection, pricing, online merchandising, and customer relationships.
I created “Something Old, Something New” to support Perry Ellis’s fall collection, connecting its heritage with contemporary styling. The concept fit naturally into the brand’s TikTok presence and aligned with its creator partnerships (Williams Twins), giving product storytelling a consistent direction.

PERRY ELLIS
As Perry Ellis prepared to launch on TikTok Shop, I analyzed 83 product listings across seven competing brands to identify opportunities within menswear. I compared pricing, product categories, displayed units sold, and estimated revenue to understand how competing assortments were performing.
I translated those observations into recommendations for Perry Ellis’s current assortment and upcoming fall collections. The recommendations weighed marketplace demand against brand fit, seasonality, stock availability, and replenishment plans.
The work considered opportunities in knitwear, linen, denim, multipacks, and accessories, then narrowed the focus to products Perry Ellis could realistically support. It gave the team a product-level research base for launch planning.
Research reflects the marketplace snapshot captured during my internship. Revenue estimates use listed price multiplied by displayed units sold; they are not verified brand revenue or Perry Ellis sales results.

FINER THINGS ACCESSORIES
I founded Finer Things Accessories and grew it to more than 1,000 sales across Etsy, regional retail pop-ups, and mall storefronts in multiple states.
I managed inventory procurement and budgeting, made product positioning decisions, and used Instagram storytelling and product trends to build customer relationships. Running the business gave me firsthand experience with the choices behind an assortment, from what to source to how to present it and protect its margin.
